blazer- Kaitlyn
t- DVF
jeans- White House Black Market
watch- sisters
sparkly braceletes- present from years ago
other bracelets- gift from the bf

As I rolled in the driveway my dad said, “I thought you were going to school not an Indian Pow Wow.” While I think that is funny, that was not why I had a headband on forehead. That was attempt at distracting people from the fact that I didn’t do my hair. That comment proved my tactics worked. Thank you Nicole Richie.

I have been on an unspoken jeans ban, until Friday that is. This is my outfit from Friday and I just couldn’t get these jeans out of my head so I just threw them on with a cozy sweater. These jeans are not tight or uncomfortable at all. Not much like skinny jeans I have been running from lately. I figured the wide leg jean would be a better transition into jeans. It was also a good tactic to help fight the crazy winds that have been blowing in lately. Is anyone else having these crazy winds? I know LA is but anywhere else?

it happened to me...

sweater: J Crew. skirt: Uniqlo. tights: Falke. heels: No name

…my skirt got tucked into my tights. That has not ever happened to me before. I noticed it, thank heavens, four steps away from the bathroom door and no one was behind me. I always thought that something like that only happened on t.v. Well no it’s real life kids, real life. The other bummer about it is some girl in the bathroom totally saw it and didn't say anything. Rude much?

Can you tell in the first photo that I am wearing a heavy black scarf? I wore it all day as it’s not warm enough to go with out yet, but the shadows in the pictures were too harsh so I took it off. Not so sure the outfit looks the same with out it but oh well!

Well I have no more embarrassing things to share so until tomorrow!

Cheers Dears,
Bre

birth stone

It's that time of year again when parents start asking, "What do you want for Christmas?" I honestly had no clue until I stumbled upon this Emerald Crystal Cuff ($98) from J Crew while trying to navigate to the cardigan below. I am a May baby so it's perfect and gold is a much need color in my bracelet collection.

Just a reminder I am off to NYC Friday so I will be off line for a few days of shopping, eating, and meeting up with friends. Now just if I remember to take out the camera...
Have a great weekend!

cardigan junkie

It's a rainy, windy, miserable day in the great city of Hamburg. To show my non-appreciation that winter is already here for us (38F) I wore a summer outfit and autumnized it. Needless to say I thought my legs (covered in tights and an above the knee skirt) were going to freeze off. I guess I will no longer try to battle the great and might Hamburg weather. With that in mind, you all know I am crazy about cardigans, it's time to bust them out winter style.

Now I must sip some hot tea and order a cardigan. I hope you'll do the same :-)
