outfit details:
button up- Lucky Brand
jeans- French Connection
belt- American Eagle (old)
boots- Russell & Bromley

I wanted to wear this flannel Lucky Brand button up before it gets too warm but I just felt like a country girl. I guess living in Idaho I should be okay with that, but I'm not. This is a "do not repeat" outfit in my book. In spring I can see it with short shorts and wedges. Can someone remind me of that in about two months please?!

I don't even want to start in about my lopsided bun today okay?

Cheers,
B

I have been on an unspoken jeans ban, until Friday that is. This is my outfit from Friday and I just couldn’t get these jeans out of my head so I just threw them on with a cozy sweater. These jeans are not tight or uncomfortable at all. Not much like skinny jeans I have been running from lately. I figured the wide leg jean would be a better transition into jeans. It was also a good tactic to help fight the crazy winds that have been blowing in lately. Is anyone else having these crazy winds? I know LA is but anywhere else?

two for the price of one

I ended up waiting for the subway so long yesterday I didn’t get time to make a post. Do you hear me bicycle gods? I need a pink beachcomber with a basket over here so I can whip around Hamburg like a true American city girl on two wheels (aka: shaky, clumsy and always a moment away from crashing, ha
ha :-)

The mornings here are still pretty chilly so I opted for a sweater and flats but as the day got warmer I lost some clothing. Photobucket
We also got our outdoor furniture set up. What does that mean? BBQ’s, lounging, reading, and napping. Photobucket
cardigan: Club Monaco. jumpsuit: forgot. scarf: Mango. Photobucket

Do you see a lighting difference in today’s pics from yesterdays? That is what I call a lack of sun.

I went to the dentist today and it was fun. The Hygienist got floss stuck in my teeth for over 10 minutes but then told me I had no cavities and to come back in six months.  I am all smiles. That may also be because I went to a special store today and can’t wait to share with you next week what this place has to offer. I am truly stoked. Do people actually sill say that?

Having my sister here this last week was absolutely amazing. We explored the city ran of to Berlin and went shopping like mad. Her last day here we decided to explore my city some more and ended up finding a Beatlemania museum. So we rocked out and had a blast taking pictures as often as we could. Because it was just the two of us we have no photos together so the next we explore who wants join our silliness to be our photographer?
With my sister in the air on her way home to sunny LA I am feeling the gray sky blues. I think I will take a little walk and pick up some tulips. I hope you are having a beautiful and sunny weekend.

oh my tailbone

Our snowboarding adventures are underway. I would have taking photos yesterday but I'm sure you don't want to see me eating dirt; um powder I guess is more appropriate here. See I am still in the learning process and I ate it several times yesterday and hard. I am taking a break today to nurse my poor tailbone, which can scarcely make it up stairs today.

Last night our group of 7 (I’m the only girl, the others flaked out) went out for Italian, but not before I took advantage of this little special something in a nook in out hotel. I felt like old school Christina Aguilera. You know before the baby, the divorce, the National Anthem fiasco, the arrest and the lawsuit. It still made fun photos so you may see more of this old record player this week. That is of course assuming I don’t break any bones while on the mountain or when we are out at the Après Ski.
